Ralph: ISSA Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach
Ralph has been working out himself for 20 years, national qualifier in Strongman and has been an athlete with the Stand Strength Team. He has 9 years of personal training experience, and has been coached by a powerlifting world record holder. Ralph is available to help you reach your personal fitness goals. By working where you are, he will push you to where you want to be. His knowledge, passion and commitment to helping you get better keep you returning for more.

Sara: American Sport and Fitness HIIT Instructor

Sara has been a fitness enthusiast her entire life. Growing up playing multiple sports, her favorite being soccer, where she went on to pursue a college career. At Muskingum College, she was a co-captain and starter in every game she played. Her desire for competition continues as she is an avid runner and strongman enthusiast. Her experience, knowledge and passion inspire others to pursue healthier lifestyles.
